Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on any digital goods purchased, if you have an issue with a product you can contact us on discord, by email, or through our support chats.

You can always contact us for any support, or refund questions at support@rebsdesigns.com.

Purchases and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item you received is the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We currently do not accept clients to change the products they have purchased or exchange them for a different one. If you receive the wrong item in your order, contact support!
